maybe this year will be better than the last

New Year's Resolutions:
  • drink less caffeine (i.e. diet coke and coffee)
  • drink more water
  • read the Bible more
  • pray. receive. yield. enjoy the mere presence of the Lord.
  • do The Daily, daily
  • GET A JOB - like a big girl, 9-5 type of deal
  • better sleep habits
  • journal more often (online and personal)
  • read more books - i'm not going to kid myself and think i'll do 50, so i'm just shooting for 12
  • have more meaningful honest conversations
  • run in another race
  • do something out of the ordinary or unexpected
  • make a budget and stick to it
  • spend less time on the internet
  • scrapbook
  • make more home videos
  • become more conscious of the foods I eat
  • move out

  1. I'm liking these goals! Not sure how much pop you drink but I cut mine to 1 a day, to only on the weekends, to none at all. Now if I drink too much caffeine my body freaks out :). My fingers are crossed you get a job soon and get to enjoy using that degree ;)

  2. yeah, i think it's more become an issue with drinking coffee AND diet coke in one day - totally end up not drinking anything but that sometimes, which is not good.

    so one a day (either coffee or diet) is probably doable.

    yeah, i'll have to escape my house in order to even start applying. my mom takes advantage of my being home and assumes i will help her with things without really asking first. there's just too many distractions here, so i may be spending a lot of time in starbucks or somewhere with free wifi.
